General Production Agreement (CBC) – Member Ratification Information:
Dear Member,
The Canadian Federation of Musicians and the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation are pleased to announce they have reached consensus (subject to member ratification) on the successor General Production Agreement (GPA). The proposed GPA Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and Side Letters are linked below. If you have qualified [earnings-based] to cast a vote, you will receive an email ballot through Election Buddy during the week of September 8, 2025.
The CFM Negotiating Committee Members were: AFM Local Officials Dusty Kelly (Local 149), Guy Bernard (Local 406), Robin Moir (Local 180), Julia Jordan (Local 571) and Federation Representatives Doug Kuss, Liana White, John Painting and Susan Whitfield. The AFM/CFM Committee recommends the proposed successor Agreement be ratified.
